Corporate event albums and commemorative books
Conferences, awards evenings, anniversaries, openings and long-service milestones, printed as a book rather than left in a shared drive nobody opens.
UK printed soft back from £230.00 for one copy, £827.00 for 100 and £2,910.00 for 500
Your brand, applied properly
Typefaces, colour and foil-blocked logo, set to your guidelines.
Volume pricing
Quoted from one copy upwards. Mixing a few Italian copies with a soft back run is straightforward.
PO and invoice friendly
Purchase orders accepted, 50% deposit then balance before dispatch, limited company registered in England and Wales.
Companies photograph everything and print nothing. The event happens, the photographer invoices, the files go to a folder, and eighteen months later nobody can find them. A printed book is the version that stays in reception, goes to the board, and is still on a shelf when the intranet has been migrated twice.
I work from your event photographer's files, your archive, or both. Brand guidelines, typefaces and logo files are welcome and will be followed.
Where a book earns its cost
Company anniversaries and centenaries, where the archive is the story. Awards and gala evenings, where a book is a better thank-you than another certificate. Long-service and retirement presentations. Building openings and project completions, where the construction sequence is worth keeping. Conference and summit records for delegates or sponsors.
On brand, not off the shelf
Layouts follow your identity: your typefaces where licensing allows, your colour, foil-blocked logo on the cover where the material takes it. Text is typeset properly rather than pasted in, and I will proofread what you send me and query anything that looks wrong before it is printed.
Copies and logistics
Designed once, printed in any quantity. For larger print runs, the cost per copy falls considerably. As an example, an A4 Landscape Soft Back Book with 100 pages costs £230 for one copy, £827 for 100 copies and £2,910 for 500 copies. Runs of up to 3,000 copies are available. A common split is a handful of Italian-made copies for the board and a hundred soft backs for everyone else, which brings the cost per head down considerably.
Hardback versions of the UK book are not available at present. My printer is considering bringing them back and I am pressing for it; until then a cased presentation copy means one of the Graphistudio albums. Delivery is to a single address.
Invoicing and paperwork
Purchase orders and supplier onboarding forms are all fine, and I am used to both. Bursill Albums trades as Bursill Images Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 09017942.
Invoicing is in two stages rather than open-ended. A 50% deposit confirms the commission and secures a place in the schedule, payable within 14 days of that invoice. The balance falls due once you have approved the album layout, and is payable before the books are dispatched. Bank transfer is my preferred method and the details are on every invoice; card payment through Stripe is also accepted.
I am a one-person studio rather than a print broker with a credit facility, so I cannot invoice a print run on 30-day terms after delivery. If your finance process genuinely cannot work that way, tell me at quotation stage and we will find something that suits us both.
