Mary Magdalene Newark and Langar Hall – George & Charlotte

At the end of a long avenue of lime trees you will find Langar Hall. This charming small country house hotel and restaurant in the Vale of Belvoir, is situated just 12 miles South East of Nottingham and provides a uniquely English experience. Surrounded by gardens and parkland, Langar Hall is a truly original, deliciously stylish and quietly eccentric country house which has gently evolved into a hotel and restaurant that enjoys a reputation for exceptional hospitality, efficient service, comfortable bedrooms, good food and an interesting wine list. The hall was the venue for the post wedding celebrations of George and Charlotte who married in mid September at the Church of Mary Magdalene just a short drive away in the picturesque market town of Newark.

My personal favourite from the day is the shot of George (holding the umbrella), and the boys walking through the streets of Newark towards the church. Notice the clever framing of the boys and the two shop signs above them. A result of quick reactions, thinking out of the box and anticipation. The image is the first on row three of the thumbnails below. Favourites from the day to tell a mini story are below. Click on the larger image to open up a slideshow.

Mick Cookson - Hi Ian….

…yet again another brilliant set. Bet the clients are blown away with these. I have to say I love that trampoline shot – so random but brilliantly timed.

Nice one
